Principle of Value

Attention to the inherent worth of all creatures—especially human beings—and to each individual’s unique differences and developmental pace.

All of God’s creations possess value by virtue of their Divine origin. Among them, the human being—as the noblest of creatures—is especially precious to us; we do not deem anyone superior to another based on individual, familial, national, racial, economic, social class, ideological, religious, gender, or any other distinctions. In our eyes, all humans are equal in worth. Accordingly, each person is recognized as a singular, unique creation, and we therefore honor and respect every individual’s own pace of growth.
